STEP 1

THE CONSULTATION

The first step of the process is the consultation.  This in-depth assessment of your home can take up to 2 hours depending on the size of your home.  With our expert advice, we will go room by room and review each area to determine where improvements can be made to maximize your potential profit. Within 24-48 hours a consultation report will be shared with you for review.  This document is a detailed checklist of work to be done and suggested areas of improvement to get your home stage ready.  This can include de-cluttering strategies, fixture update recommendations; furniture placement as well as paint colours suggestions.

STEP 2

PREPARATION

Preparation is essential to successful home staging.  The consultation report will be used as your guide in order to prepare your property for sale.   After reviewing the report and determining your budget, you can decide which tasks you can complete independently or which ones you might need a little extra help with.

In the meantime, our Nest team is hard at work sourcing furniture and décor items as well as preparing room layouts.  We know how important this property sale is to you, so we will do our best showcase your home in the best possible way.

STEP 3

STAGING DAY

This is one of the most exciting stages of the process- Staging day!  Once your home is white glove clean, clutter-free and in many instances freshly painted, we come in and get to work on the transformation!  Your home will be transformed into a showstopper!  Our attention to detail will make sure that your home looks beautiful from the second someone walks in the door or scrolls through your listing online.  We have a wide variety of stylish furniture and décor items such as lamps, pillows, bedding, and art to add the WOW factor into your home.  You might even question why you are selling!
